"We still have user reviews that are at this point hurting sales – and thus the possibility of doing future updates. Shortly after the release of this game, there was a kickstarter update asking backers to give this game a positive review or else they would stop future development on the game. Several heated discussions developed and where locked here and on the JA:F forums. The game was very poorly recieved by the community and the initial feedback reflected this. It was rushed out the door with many features not yet included, or even functioning yet.Įxamples of these would be things like: shop interface, stealth, "Soldier" typos etc. ![]() Those will not only be new but also added to the loot tables and shop inventories so you will actually be able to use them.This game had a terrible release, there is no question about it. My plan is to release the promised Weapon Rebalance mod that will include both new ammo types, reworked weapon stats and attachmets. I will keep pestering the devs for some.Īs for the ammo types, there's no point in making separate ammo mods. There are no externalized settings for the camera rotation sadly. The whole point of JAF is for people to mod it easy and share their findings with the community. Feel free to even publish that mod (if you find that perfect angle). But feel free to tweak those coords youself. All I wanted was the proper angles and zoom. You can freely move the camera around with WASD so there's really no point in looking for the perfect spot to land it. The offset is just the initial zoom (when you load the sector). Although it looks bad in JAF, you can make the camera FPS with a 90deg field of view. The posibilities for adjusting the camera view are infinite.
